You are for grace, trials u face, mercy will then follow,
You ask for life, death appears, shows you how to treasure life,
You ask for love, true friends are born, enemies accompany,
U then learn to cope, to forgive, the power of strength & wisdom,

You ask for time, less is given, more workload enforced,
You ask for forgiveness, difficult decisions become a handful,
You ask for guidance, an additional footstep follows u,
You ask for strength, you feel like u can face anything that comes your way
